Lily Dansen is set up on a 1 Night Stand by her best friend, she's been burned in the past, in fact her last lover was the man who betrayed and turned her. Luc Fortier is a hybrid and has been using Madam Eve's services for quite sometime, though he has already informed her this will be his last one. His heart just isn't in it anymore.
Lily is very untrusting of vampires and with her past it isn't very surprising. Luc is an oddity and most vampires instantly shun him over the half human blood that runs through his veins.
As Luc takes her to bed, their true natures become very apparent and it is HOT! This is by far my favorite 1NS. It's steamy and delicious in all the right spots. The book is perfect. If you like vampires, go pick this one! I give it 5 stars.
